Dear Friend,

It's not every day that you get the
amazing opportunity to make twice the difference in the fight against
Alzheimer's, a relentless disease that takes so much from our families
and communities. But with our $200,000 Fall Match Challenge, you still
have the chance for your gift to be matched, providing double the
impact for the millions affected by Alzheimer's disease or another
dementia. We haven't heard from you yet - will you take a moment

There is exciting progress in Alzheimer's and dementia
research that is creating promising new treatments for people living
with the disease. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has approved
treatments that could meaningfully change the course of the disease
for some people living with early Alzheimer's. But while these
treatments bring hope for some, they're not the answer for everyone.
Our work is far from done.

Many people living with Alzheimer's are not diagnosed. Even
among those who are, a large number are unaware of their treatment
options. However, an early diagnosis can improve quality of care and
quality of life and may reduce the financial and emotional impact of
the disease. Some medications that target the underlying biology of
the disease are only effective in the early stages of Alzheimer's.

The Alzheimer's Association is committed to accelerating
research to improve early detection and diagnosis, as well as
developing further potential treatment options. We will not rest until
everyone living with dementia of any kind - at any stage -
can get the treatment, care and support they need and deserve. Will
you help us further our mission to lead the way to end Alzheimer's and
all other dementia - by accelerating global research, driving
risk reduction and early detection, and maximizing quality care and
support?

The Kahlert Foundation, a
Maryland-based family foundation, has pledged to match every donation
we receive by October 31 - up to a total of $200,000 - to
support Alzheimer's research and programs and outreach initiatives at
its local chapter, if we can raise the same amount by the deadline.
But this campaign ends tomorrow, and we need you to help unlock this
match while it can still make twice the impact in the fight to end
Alzheimer's.

Every day without a cure for Alzheimer's and other dementia is
a day when we lose more people to this devastating disease. The
millions of people living with Alzheimer's and their loved ones need
you more than ever, Friend. Will you
answer the call now?
