Last week, Kamala Harris emphasized to her supporters in Michigan just how tight this race will be until the very end. “So let’s not pay too much attention to the polls,” she cautioned. “Let’s know … we are out here running like we are the underdog in this race because we know what we are fighting for.”¹ We know that this will be an election won on the margins and that we must fiercely defend our democracy by making sure that all voters know exactly what’s at stake this November.
