John,
Last week, I reached out to you with urgent news.
Outside Democratic groups are kicking into high gear–and pouring MILLIONS of dollars into Maryland to crush our momentum.
I am now being outspent by 10-1 on TV ads!
Yes, you read that right.
I knew going into this that I would be the financial underdog, but this spending gap is bigger than anybody anticipated.

I need your immediate support to stay competitive and WIN this Senate race in November. Will you stand with me right now?

HELP CLOSE THE GAP
We have just 57 days until Election Day, 45 days until early voting, and just under two weeks until mail-in voting begins.
With time running out, we’re sure to see millions more flow into Maryland in support of my opponent.
That’s because my opponent and her national Democratic allies are worried. They didn’t expect us to put up a fight in a deep blue state like Maryland.
But let me be clear: I will never stop pushing back against the partisan attacks and outside money.
You know me. And you know I’m in this race to end the toxic politics and dysfunction we see in Washington every day.

But right now, we are in danger of falling critically behind. I am urging you to please consider chipping in a donation to support my Senate campaign today.

Every day is an opportunity to raise more resources so we can fend off attacks coming from every direction, get my message out across the state, and reach every voter possible.
Without grassroots support, going up against a candidate backed by the Democratic machine will be impossible.

So can I please count on you to step up with any amount you can right away?
Thank you in advance for your generous contribution.
Thank you,
Gov. Larry Hogan

A Personal Message from Governor Larry Hogan:
[link removed]
Hi, it’s Governor Larry Hogan.
When I launched my campaign for the U.S. Senate, I did so with a deep resolve to maintain the leadership style and principles that guided me during my eight years as governor.
Fifty years ago, my father, Maryland Congressman Larry Hogan Sr. made a tough decision. He became the first Republican to come out for the impeachment of President Nixon. He put aside party politics and his own personal considerations and stepped up to do the right thing for Maryland and the nation.
Today, Washington is completely broken because that kind of leadership and willingness to put country over party has become far too rare. But it’s not in my nature to sit back and watch the dysfunction continue without doing what I can to roll up my sleeves and get to work.
I’m under no illusion this will be an easy road. But I’m no stranger to uphill battles, and I know I can’t do it without your support.
I don't aspire to be a United States senator. I don’t need a title and I don’t need a job, but I’m more concerned than ever about the direction of the country and I have become more convinced that I can make a difference by taking the approach and style of leadership I had during my eight years as governor to Washington.
It’s no surprise this mindset has made me a target of the Washington partisans. Despite early polls showing a lead, I know I’m the underdog in this race. And that’s why your support TODAY is so crucial.

So if you can chip in a donation of $25 or more, it will go a long way in helping me continue building a strong campaign.
For eight years, we proved that the toxic politics that divide our nation didn’t need to divide our state, and we got results! Let’s get back to work again and send a message to Washington that will be heard loud and clear across the country!

Will you join me today and help end the dysfunction in Washington?
Thank you,
Larry Hogan
