finding from the NBC News Gen Z poll is not surprising at all:

85% of Gen Z voters are concerned about gun violence in public spaces.

The generation that grew up with active shooter drills and the constant
threat of gun violence in our schools is FED UP – and now, we’re doing
something about it.
