Say ‘No’ To Abortion Stigma
Anti-abortion leaders and groups continue to push the falsehood of 'abortion pill reversal,' an unproven, unethical method aimed at reversing a medication abortion. We know that abortion seekers are confident in their decisions, and that medication abortion is safe, widely used, and effective. The spread of 'abortion pill reversal' is fueled by disinformation and abortion stigma.

Self-Care
Self-care is an intentional practice that roots us in the present despite the oppression we may face. Regular self-care is essential for sustainable and effective activism.
Here are our self-care tips for September:
-
Remember, it's a bad day (or week, or month, or year) not a bad life. This phrase always helps me keep some of the less stellar times in perspective and reminds me that even if things feel bad, there were good times before and there will be good times to come. – Liz, Director of Development and Operations
-
Don’t be afraid to have a “nothing” day. I have started trying to leave one day of my weekend to just exist without obligations before diving into the next week. It really makes a difference in energy level and capacity by letting myself be “unproductive” and just do things for me, like watching a random docuseries or getting bubble tea. Highly recommend Mysteries of the Terracotta Warriors on Netflix and peach green tea with mango popping bubbles! – Negar, Senior Tactical Research Manager
-
Embrace Change. As the fall equinox arrives, embrace the change that this season brings—whether or not you believe in astrology. The upcoming solar and lunar eclipses are all about refining our goals, aligning them with who we've become, and welcoming the twists and turns of our journey ahead. – Jacqueline Hernandez, Senior Outreach Coordinator
