We have some bad news to share. In case you haven’t heard already, Republican Governor Kim Reynolds rejected federal funding to feed 245,000 hungry Iowa kids this year. This weird, disturbed, senseless cruelty isn’t a surprise–she denied the same funding last year too. |

Rejecting food assistance, attacking public schools, an extreme abortion ban. It's easy to see why Reynolds is the most unpopular governor in the country. Governors ought to care deeply about their people, or at least pretend to. Kim Reynolds has shown us that she can callously let children go without food. |
