A recent news piece from PBS Wisconsin highlighted the (many) differences between Kristin Lyerly and her Trump-backed opponent – and we wanted to make sure you knew the highlights:
1. Kristin sat down to discuss her positions on the issues. Tony Wied, our MAGA opponent, couldn't be bothered.
2. UW-Green Bay political science professor David Helpap said no one should expect this race to be a lock for Republicans, "It has not been really firmly set in stone, and the district really does vary."
3. Straight from PBS: "Wied’s platform is largely based on his endorsement from former president Donald Trump." Meanwhile, Kristin is focused on reaching out to swing voters and having conversations with folks regardless of their political party.
It's such a clear choice in this race. Now we need to make sure we have the resources so voters know that, too. Will you pitch in $ or more to spread Kristin's message to every corner of WI-08?
