Hey John,

My team and I have sent you a fair number of emails over the past week, so I’ll keep this one brief and straight to the point:

I spend a lot of time thinking about the future: what it’ll look like and whether some of the most important issues of our time -- like increased access to affordable health care, investments in broadband access, and lowered costs of prescription drugs -- will come to fruition.

The future is also why I’m fighting to get Carolyn to Congress. John, she gives me hope. I’m confident that the next two, ten, and twenty years in Southwest Washington will look stronger, healthier, and more equitable for all under Carolyn’s stewardship. From what I hear on the campaign trail, you think so, too.
