There are some considerable challenges ahead of our campaign. We wanted to explain them to you before we ask you to make a donation to help us solve them.

We can hardly believe it ourselves, but there are less than two months left until the election. Here in Arizona, early voting starts in a few weeks. Our window to reach and turn out voters is closing — fast.

The polls show Arizona locked up. Statistically tied. With time ticking down it is more important than ever that we reach our voters as soon as we possibly can.

The challenge here is that we need to figure out if we can stretch our budget far enough to reach a critical group of swing voters that we’ve just identified. We can’t spend resources we don’t have, though.

By our records, we haven’t convinced you to chip in to one of these emails yet. But if you can dig deep today and make that first donation, we’ll invest it directly into reaching these swing voters.
