[link removed] [[link removed]] Sorry for the Sunday intrusion, but I just met with our senior campaign team and I need to give you an update on the state of this race.
I’ll start with the good news: We are running TV ads all across this district that share Andrea’s working-class roots and her commitment to reducing costs to hardworking families.
Another piece of good news: We are very confident that when voters learn about Andrea’s background and her work in Congress to create a fairer economy, she earns their vote.
The bad news: Polls show this race is currently deadlocked, and we don’t yet have the resources on hand to keep this ad on TV consistently between now and Election Day.
Even worse? Our opponent is a multimillionaire who can, and likely will, write himself a giant check to try to drown out our message. And that’s on top of the $11+ million that MAGA super PACs have reserved in TV ad space in our media market.
What all that boils down to is this: this race is tied, but it’s winnable if we have the resources to get our message out — and we’re relying on our grassroots team to help us do that. If everyone reading this email pitches in just $5, it will go a LONG way toward boosting our odds of victory. Can we count on you to pitch in today?
