VICTORY — Global Healthcare Company Sanofi Walks Back Illegal, Discriminatory Hiring Practices Following Federal Civil Rights Complaint from AFL

America First Legal received notification that the global pharmaceutical company, Sanofi Pasteur, Inc., apparently agreed to abandon racially discriminatory programs that AFL identified in a federal civil rights complaint filed with the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). 


In January, AFL filed a federal civil rights complaint against Sanofi with the OFCCP for alleged discrimination and called for immediate investigations into the company. Sanofi has received over one billion dollars in federal contracts, primarily for its vaccines. However, these contracts include an “equal opportunity clause” that prohibits federal contractors from employment discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, or national origin...

America First Legal Sues New York State Ethics Commission and Judge Merchan for Illegally Concealing Judge Merchan’s Financial Disclosures

America First Legal sued the Ethics Commission for the New York State Unified Court System and Judge Juan Merchan for refusing to produce Judge Merchan’s financial disclosures from 2018-2024 as required under the law. 

Under New York Law, judges are required to file annual financial disclosures, which are required to be made available for inspection upon request. AFL previously requested these disclosures on June 6, 2024, and has yet to hear back...

AFL Sues All 15 Counties in Arizona for Failing to Take Action to Remove Illegal Aliens from Voter Rolls 

America First Legal filed an amended lawsuit against all 15 counties in Arizona – Apache, Cochise, Coconino, Gila, Graham, Greenlee, La Paz, Maricopa, Mohave, Navajo, Pima, Pinal, Santa Cruz, Yavapai, and Yuma  – for failing to take action to remove foreign citizens from their voter rolls.


On July 16, AFL sent letters on behalf of its clients demanding that election officials in all 15 Arizona counties fulfill their legal obligations to prevent aliens from voting and warning them that if they failed to do so, AFL would pursue legal action on behalf of its clients...

Judge Merchan sued for financial disclosures amid concerns of daughter's Democrat work

America First Legal (AFL) is suing New York State Supreme Court Judge Juan Merchan for refusing to turn over his financial disclosures amid questions about his daughter’s work at a Democratic firm, Fox News Digital has learned.


AFL sued Merchan, who presided over former President Donald Trump’s six-week-long trial in New York v. Trump, stemming from the years-long investigation out of Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s office. They also sued the New York State Unified Court System’s Ethics Commission.

All 15 Arizona counties 'failed' to purge foreign nationals from voter rolls, lawsuit claims

A new federal lawsuit from a legal foundation with strong ties to former President Donald Trump alleges that all 15 counties in Arizona have "failed" to purge foreign nationals from their voter rolls, leaving elections vulnerable to foreign interference.


On Wednesday, America First Legal filed the lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, claiming that the counties and their respective recorders "failed to take the actions required by law to ensure that foreign citizens are removed from their voter rolls."

Lawsuit: Arizona’s 15 Counties Are Failing To Remove Noncitizens From The Voter Rolls

Arizona’s 15 counties are refusing to undertake required procedures to ensure foreign nationals are removed from the voter rolls, an “amended” lawsuit filed Tuesday alleges.


Brought on behalf of the Strong Communities Foundation of Arizona and resident Yvonne Cahill, the legal challenge argues that the Grand Canyon State’s 15 election recorders “have failed to take the actions required by law to ensure that foreign citizens are removed from their voter rolls.” Plaintiffs are represented by America First Legal (AFL) and a law firm headed by former Arizona Assistant Attorney General Jennifer Wright.
