As global temps climb, extreme weather events like wildfires, hurricanes, and floods are becoming more intense and unpredictable.
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) recently took a critical step to address this worsening crisis by issuing a new rule that increases the nation’s resilience to future flood disasters.
But we need
