Over the coming weeks, my team and I are going to be reaching out about this month's upcoming FEC fundraising deadline, and I wanted to personally ask you today if you'd consider contributing $5 to help us stay on track to reach our September goals.

Here's why:

My finance team sent me a note early this morning that—with just 58 days to go until Election Day—we're pacing behind a bit on our Q3 grassroots fundraising numbers.

The goals we set are not arbitrary. They're critical benchmarks we need to reach month after month, quarter after quarter if we're going to continue supporting my colleagues in close races nationwide and defend our Democratic Senate majority this Fall.

The bottom line is we need a few more donations than usual today to close the gap and keep pace. That's why there's no better time than now to make your first contribution of 2024 to support our efforts.
