Since this is my first time reaching out to you, I wanted to introduce myself. I'm the Political Director here at Mike Espy for Senate. I’m sure you’ve already heard, but we’re just hours away from our April fundraising deadline, and still short on our $50,000 goal. 

I’ve known Mike Espy for years, and people across Mississippi have known him even longer. Mike is just that kind of guy. He cares deeply about Mississippi—from the time he served as congressman and Secretary of Agriculture to the present. We need him in the U.S. Senate.

The good news is that we have a real shot at winning in Mississippi and taking back the Senate this year. When Mike ran in 2018, he came closer to winning a U.S. Senate seat than any other Democrat in Mississippi since 1982. In fact, we lost to far-right Cindy Hyde-Smith by a single digit.

But in order to win in Mississippi and flip the Senate, we’re going to need real resources and a coalition of small-dollar donors from DC and across the country.
