Hunt for Congress I ran for Congress because I believe EVERYONE should
experience the American Dream. Race or color should not be a dividing factor in

Fellow American,

My great-great-grandparent was a slave. Now, my ancestors are watching their
son serve and run for re-election in Congress.

Growing up, I was taught that in America, you can do anything you set your
mind to. Hard work, perseverance, honesty, and courage will always win. That's
why I decided to serve my country and attend West Point.

I dedicated eight years of my life to serving in the Army as an Aviation
Branch Officer and AH-64D Apache Longbow helicopter pilot, defending the
American Dream that my ancestors wished they could experience.

Now, the American Dream is in danger.

We have the Left dividing our nation while telling communities of color that
they can only survive if they rely on the government for help.

This is NOT the America I risked my life for, and it is not the country in
which I want to raise my kids.

I ran for Congress because I believe EVERYONE should experience the American
Dream. Race or color should not be a dividing factor in our nation.I'm asking
you to help me defend the American Dream.

Changing Washington won't be easy, but graduating from West Point and serving
in the United States Army, being deployed to combat zones, and flying Apache
helicopters over Iraq has prepared me for tough fights and big challenges.

I truly believe nothing is more worth fighting for than our great country and
our way of life in the Houston area.
