Sorry for the late night email, but just wanted to very quickly “second” Colleen’s thoughts here. Republican attacks haven’t slowed in the COVID-19 pandemic, if anything they have only gotten worse. You might remember they launched an entire website 100% dedicated to attacking me on the very same day President Trump declared a national emergency -- it’s profoundly disappointing.

But it drives home the point that we are going to have to fight to defend this seat. Will you give me a hand by helping us hit our end of month fundraising goal and contributing before midnight tonight?

Evan, our Finance Director, tells me that we are less than $1,000 away -- will you throw in $25 or whatever you can? I’m dropping a custom link our team set up so your donation goes straight to our goal.

I’ll be direct: Election analysts say PA-08 is the most vulnerable Democratic seat in Pennsylvania, our GOP opponents are launching new attacks on Matt every single day, National Republicans have announced they are funneling additional resources to not one, but TWO of our opponents -- but we’re seeing fundraising slow down.

That’s not a good formula for holding onto this seat and keeping the House Majority.
