Defense revealing Deputy Chief Information Officer for Command, Control,
and Communications, for Office of the Secretary of Defense Frederick
Douglass Moorefield, Jr. earned federal salary and bonuses of $2,471,478
million over a 10-year period while operating a dog-fighting ring on the
side and was allowed to “voluntarily retire” after his indictment.
