As we combed through all of your heartfelt suggestions, one name kept shining through—"Donna." It looks like many of you were inspired by the place she was found, making it a perfect fit.
It's official. She’s no longer just another rescue case. Donna now has a name that reflects her strength and the love of an incredible community that rallied around her.
But Donna's story isn’t over yet. She and other pups like her still need help. We’re continuing to accept care package donations, and every package provides essential items that give these dogs comfort and hope as they heal and wait for their forever homes.
