Another apartment complex has banned a resident – our client – from advertising his Bible study because the advertisement contained the word "Bible" in it. Go figure.

Our client leads a weekly Bible study in one of the complex's conference rooms. Previously, he had advertised his Bible study without incident, but recently, the complex removed his advertisement and replaced it with the ambiguous "Spiritual Services."

Our client was told that the management company does not allow the word "Bible" on the calendar.

We sent a demand letter explaining they had violated our client's rights under the Fair Housing Act (FHA). Christian residents have the freedom to practice their faith without censorship.

We await their response and will be prepared to take further legal action if necessary.

REPORT: Senior Apartment Complex Bans

We told you about a high school student who was forced to read an obscene, pornographic monologue in front of her entire class, against her wishes.

Now a New York school has put pornographic books in its library, shockingly arguing that children are entitled to the sexually explicit content.

We just filed an urgent petition in a New York court to refute this fallacy and protect kids as young as 12 from finding pornography in their school library.
