SEPTEMBER IRC-REC MEETING

Clubs - PLEASE get your reports to the Secretary DIGITALLY by Tuesday 09/09 to be included in the proceedings. Also, please bring plenty of copies for the back of the venue for REC members to pick up.

NOTE: This date was chosen due to scheduling conflicts with the RPOF Quarterly meeting on 09/5-6-7.

CAMPAIGN LAWN SIGNS

Unless you plan to keep them as souvenirs, you may bring them to the REC HQs for recycling. The metal 'H' sign holders will be stored for the next election cycle. Please call the office first to make sure a volunteer is there to receive them.

NEWSLETTER DEADLINES

In order to satisfy the new policy that all clubs and approved organizations 'have access' to the newsletter, some minimal guidelines and expectations for submissions to the newsletter are being implemented. Please peruse the attached document for details.

ALL NOTICES FOR NEWSLETTERS MUST BE RECEIVED BY IRC-REC SECRETARY BY 6PM TUESDAY.

NOTE: Any PDFs or JPEGs submitted must be smaller than 5Mb.

Also any documents submitted must be ready for publishing with no additional editing necessary.

NEWSLETTERS WILL BE WEEKLY - USUALLY SENT OUT ON FRIDAYS BARRING SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES.
