North Korean escapees convene at the Bush Institute

North Korean escapees gathered in Dallas this week to develop their leadership and advocacy skills at the George W. Bush Institute’s third annual North Korean Human Rights Workshop. The gathering comes ahead of the 20th anniversary of the North Korean Human Rights Act, which President Bush signed into law to support the people of North Korea and those who manage to escape the hermit kingdom.
