Team, before you log off for the weekend, we want to share the latest from on the ground here in the Hudson Valley.

Our campaign has come a long way — and that’s no doubt thanks to this grassroots team’s support. We have the highest number of active volunteers of any House race in the country. We’re almost ready to put our ads up on the air. Voters are fired up to elect pro-freedom champions like Pat.

But despite all of that, we’re nervous — because any day now, we expect National Republicans to announce another huge ad blitz targeting Pat. We just don’t know when it’ll finally happen.

It’s only a matter of time. NY GOP Leader Elise Stefanik named Pat her top target to flip in 2024 and committed to spending over $100 million in New York this election cycle. And when House Republicans announced they’d spend $21 million in NY-18 earlier this year, they made it very clear that it was merely their “first wave” of investments.

Above all, National Republicans know that their only path to holding their House majority is by flipping this battleground district. So it’s not a question of “if,” but a question of “when,” they’ll finally green-light the largest wave of outside spending this district has ever seen. And we need to be prepared for whatever that looks like.
