As we inch closer and closer to 2025, here are a few things to know about Abigail’s race for Virginia Governor:

1. Our Republican Governor won in 2021 by a margin of less than two percentage points, with polls showing the race as neck and neck up until Election Day. In 2025, we expect another highly competitive and hotly contested race.

2. Abigail knows how to win tough races. She’s won some of the most competitive House races in the country since 2018, and she’s ready to do it again as Governor.

3. But 2025 is an “off year”, and after a triumphant 2024 (!!!), we’re going to face highly motivated opposition and we’ll have to work hard to beat the usual voter drop-off trends we typically see after a presidential race!

This is why we are working so far now to build out a strong campaign by engaging volunteers and raising campaign funds, so that when all eyes turn to Virginia next year, we will be ready to outwork, outmessage, out-organize, out-motivate and outdo our opponent!
