Last week, we were proud to have our own events hosted at Invest Fest, an opportunity to learn and promote how to succeed in the financial and business world.
Former chairwoman of the Black Panther Party, sister Elaine Brown, and BLM Board member D’Zhane Parker discussed equity, financial security, collective wealth, and collective power in the Black community, drawing on history and radical thought to develop models that exemplify global self-determination.
We also featured a “Health is Wealth” booth activation, emphasizing that you can’t invest in anything until you invest in yourself.
Our booth offered massages and a relaxing area where attendees could watch live art being painted. Guests were also invited to explore our new BLM therapeutic candles and the exclusive “Invest in Black” merch collection!
The event was a huge success, and we were grateful to be able to attend. This is an investment in ourselves and our community.
