Emerge’s Level Up cocktail reception to kick off Congressional Black Caucus week is almost here! This year's annual event will be on Tuesday, September 10th, from 6-8pm ET. At the reception, we will have music, hors d’oeuvres and will provide a chance for us to gather together to celebrate Black women’s leadership and excellence in elected office.
