Not only will these states be crucial players in the 2021 redistricting process, but they'll also be key to winning the 2020 election -- and will have a major impact on the future of the Supreme Court.

When the Roberts-Gorsuch-Kavanaugh majority decided that federal courts can't limit partisan gerrymandering, it was a big wake up call for some in our movement. Justice Kagan got it right when she wrote in her dissent that "partisan gerrymanders ... deprived citizens of the [right] to participate equally in the political process."

A.G. Holder believes that we need to limit terms on the Supreme Court to 18 years, and Congress can make it happen with routine legislation.
