John,
Project 2025 plans to hand $24 billion in tax cuts to America's 100 largest corporations—and that is just the tip of the iceberg. This far-right scheme would completely overhaul our tax system, delivering massive windfalls to the wealthy while hammering working families.[1]
This is a plan to cement corporate power and wealth at the top for decades to come. Across every major industry, the biggest corporations are poised to reap massive benefits while working Americans are left to pay the price:
-
Big Oil companies like ExxonMobil and Chevron would enjoy a $1.3 billion tax cut—even as they report record profits and gouge Americans at the pump.
-
Big Pharma giants such as Pfizer and Merck would receive $1.6 billion in tax cuts, while the cost of life-saving medications continues to soar.
-
Wall Street banks like JPMorgan Chase and Goldman Sachs, which played major roles in the 2008 financial crash, will rake in an additional $2.1 billion.
-
Big Grocery companies like Walmart and Kroger, that have been raising prices on food, would pocket $800 million in tax cuts.
Congress needs to hear from you that these proposals are unacceptable.
Tell your senators and representative: Reject Project 2025's corporate tax handouts. Demand that big businesses pay their fair share.
In addition to billions of dollars in tax cuts for large profitable corporations, Project 2025 proposes a "two-bracket" tax system that would raise taxes by $3,000 for the median family of four making about $110,000 a year. The wealthiest 45,000 households making more than $10 million annually would enjoy an average tax cut of between $1.5 million and $2.4 million.
This isn’t about simplifying the tax code, it’s about shifting even more wealth into the hands of the richest corporations and their CEOs. We can't let this assault on working people become a reality.
Tell Congress to reject Project 2025’s corporate tax giveaways. Billion-dollar companies should be paying more in taxes, not less.
Let’s keep fighting to make corporate giants pay their fair share.

-- David's email --
John,
A bombshell report from the Center for American Progress has exposed the true cost of Project 2025's corporate tax giveaway. This far-right Republican scheme would hand $24 billion in tax cuts to America's 100 largest corporations while raising taxes on middle-class families.[1]
The scale of this corporate handout is staggering:
-
Big Oil companies would receive $1.3 billion in tax cuts, even as they rake in record profits.
-
Big Pharma corporations would pocket $1.6 billion, while Americans struggle to afford life-saving medications.
-
Wall Street banks, which crashed our economy in 2008, would get a $2.1 billion windfall.
-
Even Big Grocery chains would cash in with $800 million in tax cuts, all while food prices remain too high.
We can't let this happen. Congress needs to hear from you that these corporate tax giveaways are unacceptable. These billion-dollar corporations should be paying more in taxes, not less.
Tell Congress: Reject Project 2025's corporate tax handouts. Demand that big businesses pay their fair share.
But wait—it gets worse! Even as corporations like ExxonMobil, Pfizer, and JPMorgan Chase would be getting massive tax breaks, Project 2025 would raise taxes on the median family of four by $3,000 a year.
Project 2025 also calls for replacing our current tax system with a regressive consumption tax—essentially a national sales tax—that could reach as high as 45% and would tax items normally not included in sales taxes, such as groceries and new home purchases.
This plan would cause a massive spike in prices for everyday goods and services, hitting working families hardest.
This isn’t just a one-time tax cut for the rich. This plan is designed to permanently tilt the tax system even further in favor of the wealthy and corporate elites. Under Project 2025, 45,000 households making more than $10 million annually would see their taxes slashed by an average of $2 million.
This rigged system isn’t happening by accident: corporate lobbyists are working overtime to turn Project 2025's extremist vision into reality. We need your voice to stop them.
Help us send a powerful message to Congress: No more tax cuts for corporate America. It's time for big business to pay its fair share.
Together, we can create a tax code that holds corporate America accountable.
Thank you for taking action,
