The latest revelations from ProPublica are nothing short of alarming.
Ginni Thomas, the wife of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, has been
caught enthusiastically thanking a major religious-right group, First
Liberty, for their role in attempting to block efforts to reform the
Supreme Court^[ [link removed] ]—reforms desperately needed in light of ethical lapses
like those involving her husband. To make it worse, the group she’s so
indebted to is one that regularly brings controversial cases to Thomas’s
court! This is not just a conflict of interest; it’s a blatant attempt to
shield the highest court in the land from the accountability it so
urgently requires.

This is a critical moment for all of us who believe in a fair and
impartial judiciary. When those with direct ties to Supreme Court justices
are actively working behind the scenes to prevent urgently needed reforms,
we must take action. We need to call on Congress now to support meaningful
Supreme Court reform that ensures our judiciary remains independent,
ethical, and in service to the American people—not the powerful few who
seek to control it. The time to act is now, before it’s too late.

We can win this fight, but we need you to join us and take action. Could
you take a few minutes to add your name to the following actions in
support of reform?

 1. We’re doubling down on our efforts to pass much-needed court reform
and make sure that voters know what’s at stake this November when it
comes to the future of our courts. [1]Add your name to our pledge to
“Vote the Courts” this November and reject far-right MAGA extremists
who will stack the bench with extremists like themselves!>>
 2. When justices serve for decades without term limits, they can become
entrenched in their ideology and rigid in their thinking. President
Biden is right: we need term limits for the Supreme Court. [ [link removed] ]Sign on
to our petition supporting the TERM Act which would institute new term
limits on Supreme Court seats!>>
 3. With reporting coming out of the Supreme Court that Justices Alito and
Thomas have accepted lavish gifts from wealthy donors with cases
before the Court, it just makes sense to prevent Supreme Court
justices from accepting gifts. [ [link removed] ]Add your name to demand that
Congress pass the High Court Gift Ban Act which caps the value of
gifts that Supreme Court Justices can receive at $50 per gift and $100
per year!>>

Even though the actions of Ginni Thomas and her allies make it clear that
the push against reform is well-organized and well-funded, WE have the
power to counter this influence. By raising our voices and demanding that
Congress take action, we can ensure that the Supreme Court remains a
pillar of justice and fairness, not a tool for those who seek to
manipulate it for their own gain.
