They put it at the top of the list.

When our nation's founders wrote the U.S. Constitution and the
Bill of Rights, they put Freedom of Speech at the top of the list
in the First Amendment.

Congress shall make no law . . . abridging the freedom of speech
. . .

Yet many of our country's "leaders" now want to strip you and me
of the guarantees of personal freedoms and rights.

They want to shut you up if you disagree with their way of doing
things.

Meta/Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg recently admitted in a letter
to Congress that he succumbed to pleas and demands from the Biden
- Harris White House to silence critics of Biden, his Covid
policies, and more.

Kamala Harris called for more censorship when she said, "He
(Trump) has lost his privileges and (his account) should be taken
down."

She insisted that "there must be oversight and regulation" on
speech.

Kamala obviously doesn't understand we have a right to free
speech . . . it's not merely a privilege.

Two popular opponents of the war in Ukraine had their passports
seized and their homes raided in the last few weeks, and the DOJ
promised there was more to come.

And now, several popular libertarian and conservative alternative
media podcasters are being smeared, accused of participating in a
new Russian election interference scheme, and being thrown off
platforms like YouTube.

Patriot, the Deep State is unleashing the same "Russia! Russia!
Russia!" scam they have used since the 2016 elections!

They are trying to silence any voice that is not a part of their
approved globalist media family.

And this threat to speech is not just happening here at home.

Around the world, there have been growing calls for and actual
action about shutting down peoples' right to speech:

In Europe, Elon Musk was threatened with arrest for having an
interview with Donald Trump on his X/Twitter platform.

In Brazil, a judge unilaterally shut down X/Twitter . . . in
France, the founder of the encrypted messaging platform Telegram
was arrested for crimes supposedly perpetrated on his platform .
. . in England, citizens are being handed multi-year prison
sentences for posting their views on social media.

This is happening in lands far away from the United States of
America.

But at the same time, our government is working overtime to shut
you and me up if we don't comply.

And as journalist Glenn Greenwald wrote,

"You can tell yourself the extreme censorship framework in Brazil
- where not only are people banned but even imprisoned with no
trial - doesn't affect you. You can say the same about the EU, UK
and Canadian censorship laws. But it's all a laboratory to see
how far this can go."

It's George Orwell's 1984 all over again.

And it's a global push, part of the "Great Reset" agenda, to
create a permanent political elite that controls public opinion
and elections everywhere.

Let's be clear here: Americans have every right to speak truth to
power, regardless of what any entity, foreign or domestic, might
think about that.

Ron Paul and Campaign for Liberty have been warning time and time
again that as the election gets closer, the government will
become more desperate and more unhinged in their attacks on free
speech.

No matter what your most cherished issue is, we all depend on
free speech.
