Listen – On Wednesday morning, Apalachee High School suffered a horrific shooting.

I am mourning the deaths of the four lives cut short, praying for the families of the victims, and thinking of all the survivors whose lives are forever changed.

Thoughts and prayers aren’t enough, though. We need to take immediate action to end senseless gun violence.

But I can tell you from experience that Marjorie Taylor Greene and Mike Collins don't believe the same.

They refuse to cut their ties with the NRA.
They refuse to fight for common sense gun safety legislation.
They refuse to hold the gun manufacturers accountable.
They refuse to even acknowledge the gun violence epidemic.

Our children deserve better. Georgians deserve better. And I’m determined to help elect true leaders who will fight for their lives, liberties, and pursuits of happiness.

But with just 60 days left until the Election, we are at a turning point.

While we won’t be able to bring back those four lives tragically taken from us, we need to do our part to prevent further gun violence from tearing more families apart.

We need to pass common-sense gun safety legislation.
We need to mobilize and vote like never before on November 5th.
