Dear Friend,

Grandparents' Day is in just two days.
This special day is an opportunity to honor all the grandmothers and
grandfathers who have been impacted by Alzheimer's disease or another
dementia. It's especially painful when a grandparent receives an
Alzheimer's diagnosis - because it steals memories that can
never be replaced.

Nearly 7 million Americans, many of them loving grandmothers
and grandfathers, are currently living with Alzheimer's. This is a
global public health crisis that needs immediate action. And you can
help take action by being part of our $200,000 Fall Match Challenge
today, when

you can have 2X the impact for all those affected by Alzheimer's.

The Kahlert Foundation, a Maryland-based family foundation,
has pledged to match every donation we receive by October 31 -
up to a total of $200,000 - to support Alzheimer's research and
programs and outreach initiatives at its local chapter, if we can
raise the same amount by the deadline.

Friend, when you
give today you can have TWICE the impact in this fight and on
furthering our mission to lead the way to end Alzheimer's and all
other dementia - by accelerating global research, driving risk
reduction and early detection, and maximizing quality care and
support.

How does your generosity translate to action? Here are just a
few of the ways:

THE IMPACT OF YOUR GENEROSITY

Advocating in all 50 states to
secure access to all U.S. Food and Drug Administration-approved
Alzheimer's treatments for those who would benefit.

We're currently investing in
over 1,100 active projects in 56 countries across six continents.

Our 24/7 Helpline answered more
than 200,000 calls and online chats, offering support and information
to those in need last year.

Provided 6.5 million touches of
care and support last year.

Your first gift can go even further in
our fight to end Alzheimer's. Can we count on you to make DOUBLE the
impact?

Your generosity is urgently needed as we work toward our
vision of a world without Alzheimer's and all other dementia. For kids
who have lost a grandparent to this disease and for those who have a
grandparent living with it today, Grandparents' Day can be painful, as
they think of what Alzheimer's has taken from them. That's why we
continue to fight for a cure, and why we need you,
Friend.

Will you make a gift today that can go
twice as far in supporting Alzheimer's research, care and support, so
that one day, all grandparents will get to hold their grandchildren
and pass on their love, wisdom and memories for as long as possible?
