The White House reiterated today that Hamas is the obstacle to an agreement to free hostages, pause fighting, and surge additional humanitarian aid into Gaza.

Speaking to reporters this afternoon, White House spokesperson John Kirby reaffirmed that “the biggest obstacle to getting a ceasefire deal is Hamas.”

Kirby blasted the terror group saying, “they took the damn hostages in the first place." He also said that in addition to murdering the hostages over the weekend, Hamas changed the terms of the hostage/prisoner exchange being negotiated.

While Hamas fails to agree to a deal, the terror group is using psychological warfare to torment and terrorize the Israeli public. Tonight, Hamas released a video of Hersh Goldberg-Polin reading a scripted statement before he was murdered.

Hamas also released videos of Eden Yerushalmi, Carmel Gat, and Alex Lubanov. Eden's family revealed yesterday that her body weighed just 79 pounds when it was brought back to Israel.

Israel is confronting pure evil. America must stand with Israel as it fights to destroy these barbaric terrorists and free the hostages.

Hezbollah fired 1,307 rockets at Israel in August, more than any other month since the war started

Iran's terror army in Lebanon continues to attack Israeli communities relentlessly with rockets, missiles, and drones.

Today the IDF reported that Hezbollah fired 1,307 rockets at Israel in August alone, more than any other month since the war began.

Over 100 rockets were launched at Israeli towns yesterday, igniting fires, striking homes, and causing widespread damage.

More than 80,000 Israelis are internally displaced from their homes in the north.

America must ensure Israel has the offensive and defensive capabilities it needs to deter, defend against, and confront Iran and its terrorist proxies.

Gallant: IDF "mowing the lawn" to root out terrorists in West Bank, will need to "pull out the roots."

Israel is continuing a major operation in the West Bank to dismantle terror infrastructure and prevent Iran-backed terror groups from carrying out attacks on Israelis.

The operation began on August 28 with simultaneous raids on the cities of Jenin, Tulkarem and Tubas, with the goal of dismantling Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad terror networks.

“The process is an attack to prevent terror," Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant said. "We are mowing the lawn, [but] the moment will also come when we will pull out the roots, that must be done."

“These terror organizations that call themselves by all kinds of names...they should be wiped out. Every such terrorist should be eliminated, [or] if they surrender, arrest them. There is no other option, use all the forces, everyone who is needed, with full strength.”
