I've never been too concerned with appearances, friend. That's why I've gained a bit of a reputation for my rumpled hair and wrinkled suits. If it wasn't for my wife, Connie, I'd probably still be wearing these shoes (I swear, I'd just perfectly worn them in).

But the thing is, I've worn out my shoes because I've met with Ohioans all across our state to listen to their stories so I can best represent them in the Senate.

Ohioans don't care whether their senator has the newest, shiniest pair of shoes. They want someone who is willing to put in the work and fight for them and their families – and that's exactly what I've been doing.

I've spent my career fighting for the Dignity of Work and the good folks of Ohio, because I believe that when you love this country, you fight for the people who make it work.

But my self-funding, MAGA opponent can't say the same. From banning abortion nationwide to cutting Social Security and Medicare (while giving a handout to his megadonors), he’s backing terrible pieces of Trump and Vance’s Project 2025.

We can't let someone like that anywhere near the Senate. So in this final stretch, I'm asking you to lace up with me and get in this fight.
