JOHN — in just a minute we’re going to ask you to join us in calling on the Army to release the Arlington National Cemetery incident report.
Please, let us explain why this is so important.
Trump violated federal law when he held a campaign event at Arlington National Cemetery. That, on its own, is disqualifying.
But this is about more than just Arlington. It’s about more than how Trump thinks Veterans and the fallen are “suckers” and “losers” — though we know for a fact that he does.
Trump broke the law because he thinks he is above the law.
The Supreme Court gave Trump immunity for “official acts” as president. His legal team argued that he could order Seal Team Six to conduct political assassinations. He’s had the sentencing for his 34 felonies delayed, seemingly indefinitely. He hasn’t faced any consequences for the insurrection on January 6th.
And his agenda — Project 2025 — fundamentally alters the United States Military and the federal government to ensure that he never answers to the law again.
If we continue to let Trump off the hook he will continue pushing. He can’t get away with this, and we’ll be damned if we’re going to let him. It is far, far past time for accountability.
To start, that means that we need the Army to release the Arlington National Cemetery incident report.
It’s time to make some noise. Are you with us?
