The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) recently released their annual proposed rules for the Medicare Physician Fee Schedule (MPFS) and Outpatient Prospective Payment System (OPPS), with a 60-day comment period that ends on Monday, September 9. MPFS CY 2025 Sign-On

- Creating bundled payment codes that advance health equity and the delivery of high-value primary care services
- Support the greater financial needs of providers participating in the Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP) who deliver care in under-resourced communities.
- Connecting more patients to providers accountable for the cost and quality of the care they deliver

Consumers First Coalition OPPS Sign-On

premiums

exception
for
Indian
Health
Services
(IHS)
and
tribal
clinics,
behavioral
health
services,
and
rural
providers.
*
Allowing
formally
incarcerated
people
to
qualify
for
and
enroll
in
Medicare
