Smart Bets is an exclusive, annual Atlas Network program for ten partners that have demonstrated exceptional effectiveness in advancing the cause of freedom.
In addition to receiving year-long support and benefits, these partners compete in our Smart Bets Pitch Competition for a shot at up to $100,000 in prizes.
Today, I’d like to introduce you to the first five partners you’ll see at our September 25 Virtual Pitch Competition.

Africa Centre for Entrepreneurship and Youth Empowerment
Ghana
ACEYE will evaluate and rank the levels of entrepreneurial freedom in regions across the West African country and propose policy reforms to help each region raise its score.
Centre for Public Policy Research
India
CPPR will advocate for state-level reforms to legalize shared transportation options to boost individual mobility and economic growth.
Centro para Renovación Económica, Crecimiento y Excelencia
Puerto Rico
CRECE will advance policy reform in the areas of bureaucracy, taxation, and innovation.
Digital Media and Research Group
Turkey
This partner will make Kuest, their digital publishing platform, a sustainable and popular source for content that advances free markets and individual freedom.
European Policy Information Center
Belgium
EPICENTER will launch their “Boosting Brussels” initiative to coordinate 15 research projects across Europe to advance pro-freedom EU policy reform
