I'll be honest: August was a tough month for fundraising. If things don't pick up ASAP, we're going to fall short of where we need to be – which means we'll need to pull back on TV ads and voter outreach at the worst possible time.

We can't let that happen, friend. We are in a strong position – in large part thanks to supporters like you. But with early voting just five weeks away, the polls show Sherrod and his Trump-backed opponent in a statistical tie.
