April feels like it flew by, and with less than two months until election day, our team is moving forward at full speed with our virtual voter outreach. The need for competent leadership in Congress is clearer than ever, and that is what motivates us to continue during this time.

We were busy in April, and even though we were all working remotely, we managed to connect in new ways:

remotely
trained
dozens
of
volunteers,
who
sent
out
thousands
of
texts
to
supporters
to
check
in
on
how
they’re
doing
and
provide
COVID-19
resources
to
those
who
need
it.

We
launched
our
weekly
Instagram
Live
Town
Halls
to
connect
with
supporters
directly
on
Wednesday
evenings
and
see
how
they’re
doing
and
what
they
want
from
their
representatives.

Our
multi-talented
campaign
manager,
Sapna,
hosted
a
political
jewelry-making
webinar
where
we
discussed
how
to
#UseYourRage
to
fight
for
what
is

Another
staffer,
Savannah,
hosted
a
Self-Defense
and
Workout
Class,
and
shared
how
she
feels
empowered
by
martial
arts
and
by
working
to
elect
women!
