The Michigan Republican party has officially nominated its candidates for the State Supreme Court.

One of them is State Representative Andrew Fink — an extreme MAGA supporter who has perpetuated the Big Lie and even attended a “Stop the Steal” rally at the Michigan State Capitol on January 6, 2021.

Michiganders deserve better than this for their highest court.

The NDRC is supporting Justice Kyra Harris Bolden and Kimberly Ann Thomas — two tested, proven legal professionals who are pro-democracy, pro-voting rights, and pro-freedom.

But it’s not just Michigan where the state’s highest supreme court is being threatened by MAGA Republicans. And fair-minded state supreme courts are vital to defending democracy and preserving fundamental rights. So that’s why we’re going to ask you to chip in today.

As long as they keep getting elected, these MAGA Republicans are going to continue to push their anti-democracy agendas. When they get elected to places like the state supreme court, it gives them immense power to threaten our freedoms.
