Directly to the Arizona Supreme Court     Hello John, I'm sure you've heard by now that we've filed a lawsuit against AZ far-left Governor Katie Hobbs for issuing executive orders that would have facilitated the stealing of this year’s elections again! And this has been filed directly with the Arizona Supreme Court. That's right, it's being taken all the way to the top from the beginning! Our GOP chair, Gina Swoboda, charged that Hobbs exceeded her authority in directing some state agencies to make voter registration forms available to the public as well as to have those agencies act as ballot drop-off locations. This is a serious risk to ballot security! Katie Hobbs has blatantly overreached her authority, and the GOP here is doing everything we can to stop her from trampling on our constitutional rights! This is absolutely the right direction, and I am hopeful it will prevent the Dems from simply stealing 2024 from us. But I am not leaving anything up to chance, and that is why I am reaching out to you today. It is the beginning of September, and I am falling behind on my fundraising.
