Hi John, Emma here. I’m emailing you to say THANK YOU for all of your support for Lauren and our campaign. Everything you’ve pitched in has helped keep our team strong, fighting for her reelection, and making strides toward electing Democratic leaders across the country. To be honest, I was a little concerned about this quarter’s fundraising since we didn’t quite reach our July goal. When we shared this with you during our end-of-month push, supporters responded with enough donations to help us reach our August goal AND make up for July's deficit! Y’all, I shouldn’t have been nervous because when we work together, we can achieve anything. This team proved once again that you are there for Lauren when it’s most important. We truly appreciate your support. This is exactly the kind of energy we need to see from everyone on this team and nationwide to keep up our momentum ahead of Election Day and win. Win for democracy, the safety of our communities, reproductive freedom, affordable and accessible health care for all, climate action, ballot access, lower costs, and LGBTQ+ and workers’ rights. I’m looking forward to what this team can do in September — especially since this will be our very last FEC public quarterly fundraising deadline of this election. November 5 is another chance for us to make history. As Lauren shares with her constituents, young people, and everyone in between, we all have a role to play in it! Don’t discount your impact, John.
