Don't Buy Kamala Harris' Anti-Price Gouging Plan

If elected, Harris has promised to “lower costs for American families” by cracking down on “price gouging” by corporations that reap “excessive profits.”

That may sound like standard progressive fare. But the means by which she’d try to achieve those goals is a scheme of price controls that could destroy entire sectors of the U.S. economy.
