Dear Judicial Watch Member,

As you know, Judicial Watch is leading the charge to for honest elections...by forcing states to clean their voter rolls, and by defending time-tested safeguards that protect against voter fraud and allowing noncitizens to vote in our elections.

But we are also in the forefront of another vital fight...uncovering government efforts to censor free speech and suppress opposition.

Believe me, this fight is also directly related to honest elections...

And that's why I am asking for you to give us your support with a special contribution today.

A Judicial Watch lawsuit recently forced the release of records from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) that show state election officials in the days before and after the 2020 elections flagging content they deemed "misinformation" and sending it to federal government agencies, including one created to suppress online election content.

Why is this important?

Because it is just one more piece of disturbing evidence that Judicial Watch has uncovered of a conspiracy by federal, state, and 'private' actors to censor Americans... especially conservative Americans!

In fact, just last week, Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg admitted in a bombshell letter to House Judiciary Committee Chairman Rep. Jim Jordan that his company, Facebook, was pressured by the Biden-Harris administration to censor Americans, particularly regarding Covid-19 content!

This censorship is un-American, and is clearly designed to help government, in conjunction with Big Tech, influence public policy...and even the outcome of our elections!

We are now just two months away from another national election, and Judicial Watch is committed to exposing government's involvement in an ongoing and unprecedented attack on all Americans' First Amendment rights related to campaigns, elections, and other important public policy debates.

That's why I counting on you to help us again, at this critically important time!

With the help of members and supporters, we have already:

  • Forced the release of documents showing that state officials in California and Iowa pressured social media companies to censor posts about the 2020 election.
  • Filed a lawsuit against the California Secretary of State for having YouTube censor a Judicial Watch election integrity video.
  • Filed lawsuits against the Departments of Justice for records of communications between the FBI and social media sites regarding foreign influence in U.S. elections, as well as the Hunter Biden laptop story.

And we are exposing this ugly conspiracy on other fronts as well!

  • We uncovered records from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) which revealed that Facebook coordinated closely with the CDC to control the COVID narrative and "misinformation," and that over $3.5 million in free advertising was given to the CDC by social media companies.
  • We filed a lawsuit against the U.S. Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) for records concerning censorship of social media users.

No other government watchdog has worked as doggedly Judicial Watch to get to the facts about the censorship alliance between government and Big Tech...

...and we must be ready to investigate credible evidence of any efforts by the Biden-Harris administration and Big Tech to censor our free speech rights and limit our access to information and opinion in the weeks before the November 5th elections!

Thank you for your commitment to the rule of law...and thank you in advance for your help today.

Sincerely,

Thomas Fitton
President
