Jack, Kamala Harris is dominating the air campaign, outspending Trump in swing states by a more than two-to-one margin. Now, we need to bring the ground campaign to back her up.

Daily Kos is working to recruit 100,000 volunteers to help Get Out The Vote for Democrats up and down the ballot. We already have more than 20,000 volunteers signed up and ready to go. Now that Labor Day has come and gone, we're shifting into high gear to GOTV not just for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz, but for Democrats up and down the ballot, including in often-ignored down-ticket races.

Here's the thing: This isn't cheap or easy work, and we're doing it at a time when news outlets and activist groups are hurting. Daily Kos has suffered a double whammy this year—ad revenue has long been in decline across the news business and, on top of that, grassroots donations slipped too. That's why I'm writing to you today.

It's too important to sit on the sidelines in this election. Please donate $5 to help offset the cost of Daily Kos' GOTV campaign and help us recruit 100,000 volunteers this fall.
