We dream of a future where the Supreme Court of the United States is full of scholarly, apolitical, and diverse jurists who uphold and defend the U.S. Constitution and expand the rights of citizens rather than corrode them. A SCOTUS that would act in accordance with the highest ethical and moral standards — ensuring their decisions, which we might not always agree with - could not be tarnished by the knowledge (or fear) that they were borne of the money of corporate interests or political influence, and we need your help to accomplish this. Time is running out! Support AFJ during our 45th anniversary today.
And we dream of a future where nonprofit and grassroots organizations, and the activists, advocates, and communities that comprise them, across the country – in small towns and big cities – have all the tools and knowledge and ferocity to fight and win social justice victories – building fairness from the ground up.
For 45 years, AFJ has been on the frontlines of these fights for a judiciary committed to equal justice for all. And they are far from over. The road ahead may be tough, rutted, and littered with trash and blocked by thorns; or it may be, if not perfect, clear to travel upon, horizon in view, and wide enough for all of us.
Won’t you join us?
Thank you,
Keith Thirion
Co-President, AFJ
