** Calling All Young Artists!
------------------------------------------------------------
** Climate&Me ([link removed]) , our youth-focused climate action initiative, welcomes artwork submissions from Maine youth ages 9-22 to feature in our upcoming update to Maine Won't Wait.
------------------------------------------------------------
** Deadline is October 1st!
------------------------------------------------------------
Create work using one of these three themes:
* Climate solutions: including (but not limited to) clean and renewable energy, green schools, clean transportation, and protecting/conserving Maine’s environment. What solution gives you hope? What would you like to see in Maine?
* Resilient Maine: what would your community look like if it were ready and resilient against climate impacts like flooding, drought, or sea-level rise?
* Envisioning Maine’s Climate Future: when you envision an ideal Maine 25 years from now, thriving in the face of climate change, what does that look like to you? What does your future Maine look like?
Selected artists will be included in the updated Maine Won’t Wait climate action plan's printed and online ([link removed]) versions and featured on the Maine Won’t Wait website ([link removed]) and social media channels ([link removed]) .
