April has been a difficult month for everyone, including our team at the Arizona Democratic Party. It's been tough continuing to fundraise during this time, but we must press forward so that we are on the best footing headed into the November election. Good leadership is needed now more than ever, and it's important to take the long view, in addition to focusing on the challenges we face today.

Our work is especially important given that Arizona is a TOP battleground state - Republicans are spending millions here because they're terrified that Democrats will flip our U.S. Senate seat blue and break Mitch McConnell's iron grip on the U.S. Senate majority. Republicans also know that Democrats have the ability to stop Trump from winning our 11 electoral votes - but only if we remain focused and have the resources to take on the GOP's massive war chest.
