Dear Patriot,
On September 12th, Rebecca
Lavrenz must pay her fine of $103,000 to the Biden/Harris Justice
Department.
Rebecca is the 72-year-old great-grandmother and faithful Christian who
entered the Capital building with a group for several minutes, caused no
harm, and left when she was asked.
Please
help Rebecca pay this outrageous fine and the cost of her
appeal.
Mrs. Lavrenz was sentenced to six months of house arrest, 12 months of
probation, and the largest fine for a misdemeanor in history—$103,000!
As her attorney, I knew a guilty verdict was impossible to avoid given
the politics of this case, so I fought hard to avoid jail time for
Rebecca.
While we succeeded in keeping a great-grandmother out of jail, Judge Zia
Faruqui wanted to make an example of Rebecca and silence her voice ahead of
the November elections, so in addition to the fine and punishment, he added
a provision that Rebecca is BANNED from the Internet.
She cannot use email, post on X or Facebook, or log in to join a
podcast.
Rebecca cannot even access the online reservation system for her bed and
breakfast, her primary source of income.
She needs our help to pay this looming fine and cover the costs of the
appeal we are working on, so
please donate as much as you can today to ensure Rebecca is not penalized
even more for failing to pay the fine.
Since Rebecca is banned from the Internet by Judge Faruqui, I wanted to
share her words directly with you:

Saddened
that the current government administration and 'justice' system who call
themselves the 'United States of America' want to silence me by sentencing
me to home detention and banning me from the Internet for six months, but
grateful that family and a multitude of others are now stepping up to carry
my voice further to 'Make America Godly Again'!

Since graduating from Harvard Law, I have been a top litigator,
representing cases worth billions of dollars. My organization, the National
Constitutional Law Union, has represented dozens of January 6th
defendants to the best of our ability.
In my decades as an attorney, I have never experienced such brazen words
from a judge to a defendant. Judge Faruqui called into question Rebecca's
Christian values and even her dedication to her children and
grandchildren.
His words still echo in my head, and I must share them again.
During sentencing, Judge Faruqui looked at Rebecca and scolded her by
saying, "I don’t know why being the J6 Praying Grandmother is more
important than being an actual grandmother." He then said, "Your faith is
being misplaced right now."
Faruqui, a member of the Board of Advisors of Muslim American
Public Service, took shots at Rebecca's Christian faith, which was not
appropriate in any setting.
Yet Rebecca stood fast by responding, "While I respect you, I
answer to a higher judge.”
As Americans and as Christians, we must help Rebecca meet her deadline
and pay this fine, so
please donate today so we can fully focus on our appeal –
which I will take to the Supreme Court of the United States if I
have to.
Please
donate to help Rebecca now.
We must help Rebecca Lavrenz. She is one of us. She is a typical
American who loves her country and is willing to fight for it. However,
because she entered the Capital on the wrong day and caused no harm, the
Biden/Harris regime has targeted her as a person who poses "a threat to
future acts of political violence."
Is the Biden/Harris Administration THAT terrified of a little
72-year-old grandmother, or are they sending a message to the rest of
us?
You know the answer, and WE ARE NOT AFRAID!
Like Rebecca, I answer to a higher judge, and I'm sure you do as well,
so please, let’s
come together for this Christian American and help her get through this by
donating today.
I appreciate your support for Rebecca and your help in her legal
fight.
In Vigilance,
John M. Pierce

P.S.
Rebecca has until September 12th to pay this outrageous fine. So
please, donate
all that you can today.
