This September, let's get moving!
Movement has the power to heal and inspire. For people living with Parkinson's, movement is more than exercise--it's a lifeline. This month, join our community in movement-focused activities that support and inspire those affected. Whether you walk, dance, stretch, or try yoga, every step contributes to raising awareness and showing solidarity. Together, let's move and celebrate the healing power of movement.
