Y’all…we are TIRED! AAF just got back from a week in Chicago evangelizing about medication abortion to anyone and everyone we could find who showed up for the Democratic National Convention!
And how did we do it you ask…
Meet Mife and the Misotones!
A group of six individuals dressed in large, round abortion pill costumes, each labeled with the words ''MISO'' or ''MIFE,'' are walking down a city street. The people are smiling and giving thumbs up while holding drinks. Behind them, several large protest signs are being held by other individuals. We performed at a feminist variety show, in marches, hotel bars, cocktail parties, the LOOOOOONG lines to get into the DNC -- anywhere we could inform people about what is at stake for abortion in this election.
